4matic or not?

Are any of you would be CLA buyers up here in the NorthEast, considering going with front drive only or is 4matic a must?

Definately 4matic. Fwd is for Civics and Scions. We've been lucky here in SE Pa the last couple of winters but impending Noreasters require awd. I, myself am holding out for the CLA45. I'll have to budget an additional $2000 for a winter tire/wheel package because I'm sure the car will come with OEM summer tires.

Yes, definitely...that's the main appeal of the CLA45 AMG to me. The only reason I'm not considering a C63 or M3 is their lack of AWD.
